At mymeets, user safety is our highest priority. We are committed to creating a safe and positive environment for all users. This page outlines our published safety standards, our approach to child safety, and how to report concerns.
1. Child Safety Policy
mymeets is designed for users aged 13 and over. We take the safety and protection of minors extremely seriously:
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
- We do not permit users under the age of 13 to create accounts or use our services.
- We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or endangers minors.
- Any content or behaviour that exploits, harms, or endangers children will result in immediate account termination and will be reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement.
2. User Conduct & Community Standards
All users of mymeets must adhere to the following community standards:
- No harassment or bullying: Users must not engage in harassment, threats, intimidation, or bullying of any kind.
- No hate speech: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.
- No sexually explicit content: Sharing of sexually explicit material, including unsolicited intimate imagery, is forbidden.
- No impersonation or deceptive behaviour: Users must not impersonate others or engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
- No illegal activity: Users must not use mymeets to facilitate any illegal activities.
3. Content Moderation & Enforcement
We take proactive and reactive measures to ensure the safety of our platform:
- We review reported content and accounts and take swift action where violations are found.
- Violations of our safety standards may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.
- We cooperate with law enforcement agencies when required and will proactively report any content related to the exploitation of minors.

We aim to review all safety reports within 24 hours. For urgent matters involving immediate danger, please contact your local law enforcement directly.
5. Data Protection & Privacy for Minors
We are committed to protecting the privacy and data of all users, with particular attention to younger users:
- We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
- We do not sell personal data of any users.
- We minimise data collection to only what is necessary for the functioning of the service.
6. Cooperation with Authorities
mymeets cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. We will respond to valid legal requests for information and will proactively report any content related to child exploitation to the appropriate authorities, including NCMEC, the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), and relevant law enforcement agencies.
